How to make stress your friend

The speaker started by introducing how stress comes from and how our body reacts when we feel stress.  This is very important. To solve the problem of stress, we must first understand how it works.  Sometimes we think of stress as a good thing in another way, like he mentioned that stress will make our brain absorb more oxygen.  In the end, as long as you believe that you can do it, you can improve your stress problem very well.

I think I learned a lot from the report of the third group. The film mentioned a lot of the effects of sleep deprivation, such as lack of enough sleep any new things we learn can't be recorded. It reminds me that I used to stay up all night reading before a test, and the next day I woke up, I found that I didn't remember it. The most important thing is that what they told us was all proven by experiments. He also taught us how to sleep better, it's really helpful.

I choose to comment on group one's Ted talk. I think their PowerPoint is well done and the speech is very smooth. The topic they found is very interesting, especially the video, the speaker's performance at the end of the talk is very funny.

Assignment 3: Procrastination
 1. Do you procrastinate sometimes?
 2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on?
 3. What are some causes of your procrastination?
 4. What are some strategies you can use to combat your procrastination?

 I procrastinate on a lot of things. Such as homework, reports, exams, and some normal tasks. I think the possible reason is that in addition to class, I usually go to work after school, so I don't have much free time to do these things. Another reason might be that I’m inherently lazy. If I want to solve this problem, I think I can plan what I have to do every day, and I can divide it into several days to complete it without doing it all at once.

What are two of the important aspects of body language I want to improve the most when having an online meeting/class next time? Why?

The first aspects of body language I want to improve is eye contact. When I was speaking in the meeting, the teacher often told me that I should look at the camera.But looking at people talking makes me feel less confident, so I have to overcome this difficulty slowly. 

The second one is to pay attention.When the teacher is in class or the classmates are reporting, I often have trouble paying attention all the time.  I am easily influenced by things outside of class, such as sounds from the window.I think next time I can turn the meeting voice louder to avoid being distracted by other things.

 I think more and more people are using delivery apps because of the coronavirus pandemic. There are so many people in quarantine every day, and delivery apps has become a daily tool. In addition, people are lazy these days because of the development of  technology. As long as you pick up your mobile phone at home, you can eat something far away from home without going out. So even I also use delivery apps a lot.

 Hello everyone! My name is Dylan. I'm from Penghu. I graduated from Magong High School. I'm studying in Business Administration. I like to travel around and I have been to several countries.  In my free time, I like to play basketball and listen to music. Although I can't go abroad due to the Covid 19, I still went to Kinmen, Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Kenting during the summer vacation.
